In this essay scholarship contest, we invite you to explore and articulate the significance of estate planning in today’s dynamic world.

The Ledwidge & Associates Scholarship awards $1,000 to a deserving student who demonstrates a keen understanding of the importance of estate planning through their original essay. The essay topic for this scholarship contest is: “The Importance of Estate Planning.” Essays must be 750 words in length and should explore the various facets of estate planning, its benefits, and its relevance in today’s society.

Eligibility for the scholarship is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Applicants must have a Grade Point Average (GPA) of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
  • Applicants must be currently enrolled or about to enroll in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program, or community college in the United States.
  • High school students who have been accepted to an accredited college or university are also eligible to apply.

How to Apply

To apply for the Ledwidge & Associates Scholarship, applicants must submit the following documents:

  • A resume that includes contact details.
  • An academic transcript containing the applicant’s cumulative GPA.
  • An original essay of 750 words in length on the topic: “The Importance of Estate Planning.”

The deadline for submitting applications is February 10, 2025. All documents, including the original essay, must be submitted via email to web@ledlawyers.com.
